Nominations for 2017 Board of Directors
The nomination process for the 2017 Board of Directors is now is open to all regular members. It will remain open until four weeks prior to the AGM, this year scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Each nomination must be signed by two (2) members in good standing and accompanied by the written consent of the person being so nominated.
Nominations should be dropped off at the office, to the attention of the Nominating Committee. Members who have accepted a nomination to the Board are asked to submit a brief statement (185 words) outlining their interest and qualifications for the Board and attached a high resolution photo, emailed to Communications
A list of all regular members nominated will be posted by the Nominating Committee in a prominent position in the Clubhouse and on our website in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Candidates providing their election statement by early January will also be included in the 2016 Year in Review publication mailed to all members.
