DESCRIPTION:Reconnect with yourself and nature in this one-of-a-kind lakeside practice. \nJoin Our Yoga Space for a serene start to your day\, waking up with the city. Against the backdrop of Okanagan Lake\, stretch\, breathe\, and flow in the fresh morning air right on the Commodore’s Dock. \n  \nThese yoga sessions will run every Wednesday from 8:00 – 8:45 AM from June through to September. \nFirst Class: Wednesday\, June 3rd will be FREE\, registration is still required \nDates: Wednesdays\nTime: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM\nCost: $21/class or pre-purchase a 5-Class Card and get the class for only $19/session.\nKYC Paddle Club members: FREE (registration is still required) \n  \nShow your reservation for a discount at The Galley Lakeside Cafe for post-practice coffee or tea. \n  \nPre-registration is required via Our Yoga Space. \nClick here to reserve your spot now! \n  \nAre you part of KYC Paddle Club?
