DESCRIPTION:The Kelowna Yacht Club would like to honour those who gave their lives while serving our country and to all of those in uniform who served and are currently serving. \nOn November 11\, the Kelowna Yacht Club will be lowering the flags and laying a wreath. \nThe City of Kelowna will be holding a parade and ceremony at the City Park Cenotaph. \nThe Member Lounge will be open on November 11 from 9:30AM – 2:30PM with a brunch buffet including soup & sandwich being offered. There will not be any other menus available and the Member Lounge will be closed at 3:00PM. On this day\, a portion of the proceeds from all drink purchases in the Member Lounge and The Galley Lakeside Cafe will be donated to the Royal Canadian Legion Kelowna Branch.  \nMembers of the Power and Sail Fleet who would like to attend the ceremony by vessel will be meeting on the water near the City Park Cenotaph. Tickets are inclusive of tax and gratuities. \nDoors Open: 6:30 & 7:00PM\nAs we will be seeing large number of attendees\, check-in will be split into two time periods. You may select your desired check-in time when registering for your ticket.
