– Change a name on membership. (Corporate name change or official legal surname)
– Add my associate member to be able to pay/view the financial statements.

Regular to Lifestyle – Acknowledgements *

I understand that I am not required to change to a Lifestyle member if I no longer have moorage
I understand that I am changing my Kelowna Yacht Club membership type from a Regular Member to a Lifestyle Member.
I understand I will no longer have access to the benefits exclusive to a Regular Membership, as listed earlier on this page, or as laid out in the KYC Bylaws.
I understand that if I desire to return to a Regular Membership, I will be required to pay the difference in initiation at the rate current at the time of the change.

Lifestyle to Regular – Acknowledgements *

I understand that I am changing my Kelowna Yacht Club membership type from a Lifestyle Member to a Regular Member.
I understand I will now have access to the benefits exclusive to a Regular Membership, as listed earlier on this page or as laid out in the KYC Bylaws.
