Think cocktail dresses\, suits\, gowns or other elegant evening wear. \nWho can attend? \nThis event is open to Kelowna Yacht Club members and their invited guests. \nWhat is included with my ticket? \nYour ticket include entry to the event\, a welcome drink\, one drink ticket\, cocktail reception\, dinner\, wine service\, dessert stations\, live entertainment\, photobooth and late-night snack.. \nWill there be assigned seating? \nYes. Guests will be seated at assigned tables. If you would like to be seated with another reservation\, please let us know when registering. \nAre dietary accommodations available? \nYes. Please note any allergies or dietary requirements during registration\, and our culinary team will be happy to accommodate them where possible. \nHow do I pay for my ticket and when am I charged? \nTickets are reserved online through the KYC website. Once registered\, the applicable ticket charges will be added to the member’s account and will appear on their statement on the day of the event. No payment will be required on the evening of the event. Please refer to the cancellation policy above. \nI am bringing a guest to the event. How do they pay? \nAll tickets\, including guest tickets\, will be charged to the associated member’s account. Any payment arrangements between a member and their guests are the responsibility of the member. \nI am a reciprocal club member. Am I able to purchase a ticket? \nAt this time\, registration is available to KYC members and their invited guests to ensure our members have priority access to the event. Reciprocal club members may be invited to register at a later date\, subject to ticket availability. \nIs the Member Lounge open for dining this day? \nNo. The Member Lounge will be closed for the entire day on October 3 in preparation for the Commodore’s Ball. The Galley Lakeside Café will be open from 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. The Member Lounge will resume regular operating hours on Sunday\, October 4.
