We are excited to introduce a new, all-in-one video conferencing system now available in our private meeting rooms! This hybrid meeting system is designed to blend in-person events and streaming content for remote attendees. With the capacity to operate all video conferencing platforms – Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype to name a few – this user friendly system features ultra-wideband audio, high-quality video and will transform socially distanced meetings into a seamless collaboration for the whole team! Add a 70″ TV and Yamaha CS 700 to your meeting for only $250/day!

Perfect for larger events

Host an unforgettable event in a space that showcases the best of Kelowna. The Grand Banquet Room is 1,845 sq. ft. and includes a panoramic wall of windows that open to the patio. The covered patio overlooking the marina is equipped with sun and wind shades, heaters, fans and misters. The space features a built-in, drop-down projector and screen should AV be required. The room also has a retractable wall system that divides the space into two rooms, the Spinnaker Room and the Jib Room.

This room is two-thirds of the Grand Banquet Room and provides the same beautiful view for your event without being too large of a space. The Spinnaker Room is just over 1,200 sq. ft and also features the covered patio and built-in, drop down projector and screen.

Ideal for intimate-smaller events

Looking for a beautifully modern space that’s also cozy? The Jib room is the perfect fit for your private intimate events or dinners. At 644 sq. ft., it offers a comfortable dining space and of course, stunning views overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Such an amazing space

The Member Lounge is a beautifully unique space that has great potential to host a variety of different styles of events. The room features panoramic views with two walls of sliding glass windows that open to a fully covered large L-shape lakefront patio overlooking Stuart Park and Okanagan Lake. The Member Lounge also includes a wireless dropdown screen and projector.

Please note, the use of the space is limited as this is the exclusive member dining area; however, in the offseason months, we do have the opportunity to extend the use of the space to the public for private banquet events.
