Our facility has the capacity to host events from just a few attendees or as many as 350. Depending on the style of event and time of year, we’ll cater to your needs.

In consideration of Covid-19 and WorkSafeBC regulations, measures have been put into place to ensure a safe experience for everyone. This includes reducing the capacity limits of our banquet rooms for private event bookings.

Host an unforgettable event in a space that showcases the best of Kelowna. Enjoy the panoramic wall of sliding glass windows that opens to the adjacent lakefront patio. The Grand Banquet room is over 1,845 ft2. The space features include a drop-down projector, screen and blackout shades, which are all included in the rental. The room also has a retractable wall system that divides the space into two, our Jib and Spinnaker rooms.

Just right for medium-size events

This room is two-thirds of the Grand Banquet room. This provides the same beautiful view for your special event without being too large of a space. The Spinnaker room is just over 1,200 ft2 and also features a drop-down projector, screen and blackout shades. These are all included in the rental of the space.

Looking for a beautifully modern space that’s also cozy? The Jib room is the perfect fit for your private intimate events or dinners. At 644 ft2, it offers a comfortable dining space and of course, stunning views overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Excellent for business meetings

The Boardroom is the perfect space to host private business meetings or presentations. The space features a 60 inch Smart TV that can be wirelessly connected with ClickShare. The room also features comfortable adjustable office chairs, retractable blackout shades, and an internal speaker system.

Such an amazing space

The Member Lounge is a beautifully unique space that has great potential to host a variety of different styles of events. The room features panoramic views with two walls of sliding glass windows that open to a fully covered large L-shape lakefront patio overlooking Stuart Park and Okanagan Lake. The Member Lounge also includes a wireless dropdown screen and projector.

Please note, the use of the space is limited as this is the exclusive member dining area, however in the offseason months, we do have the opportunity to extend the use of the space to the public for private banquet events.

Thanks so much for everything.  I wanted to let you know what a great time everyone had that night.  The food was fabulous but even more, the leadership team did not stop talking about how amazing Mario was and I have to agree.  Even while I was just there during the day setting up he was so kind and so helpful.  During the event itself, and in between serving drinks with the other staff member (who was great too), he would come out and check on people in the crowd to see if they needed anything.  I have thrown events for various companies at many venues over the years and I don't know if I've ever worked an event with someone that awesome.

The feedback that I have gotten on the Kelowna Yacht Club has been absolutely glowing. Our group absolutely loved your venue.  Our CEO absolutely loved it and thought the meeting room was by far the best we have had.  I knew they would love the view but he thought the size was just ideal and created a real intimate setting that allowed for good conversation.  From my perspective from a planning point of view, Shelby was top notch to deal with.  Every email was promptly responded to, any ask I had was quickly dealt with, she accommodated our catering asks and from what I heard your team onsite with my legal colleagues were the best that they have ever dealt with.    I just can’t thank you enough.  Our meetings were a huge success and we owe a lot of that to you and your team.
