Please complete all required fields to complete your application to remove a Corporate designee member of the Kelowna Yacht Club.

What happens next:

Once this form is submitted the Kelowna Yacht Club Member Services team will deactivate and remove the above as a designee of your KYC Corporate Membership account.

It is the corporation’s responsibility to inform the designee that they have been removed as a member of the Kelowna Yacht Club.
