Inspired by the vibrant coastal cuisine and refined atmosphere of modern Mexican dining, this evening showcases bold flavours, premium ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes in an elegant setting overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Who is this event for?

This experience is designed for Kelowna Yacht Club members and their invited guests who appreciate curated dining events and refined culinary experiences.

The evening is ideal for couples, small groups, and members seeking a sophisticated night out rather than a party-style celebration.

Please note this event is not open to reciprocal members.

The Experience:

Join us on May 5th for a three-course prix fixe dinner showcasing modern, Mexican-inspired cuisine. Each course highlights vibrant flavours, seasonal ingredients, and elevated presentation inspired by contemporary Mexican coastal dining.

Throughout the evening, members & guests will also enjoy curated beverage features, including:

• Premium margaritas
  • Tequila and mezcal inspired cocktails
  • Featured wines selected to complement the menu

These beverages will be available à la carte for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

To enhance the atmosphere, the lounge will feature a live Latin trio accompanied by a roaming flutist, providing lively yet refined music that flows through the space and complements the dining experience without overpowering conversation.

The evening is designed to create an immersive and elegant atmosphere inspired by the spirit of Mexico’s vibrant culinary culture.
