Wellness Series: Candelit Yoga
Tuesday March 17 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for a four-part wellness series designed to support both mind and body. Each session offers an intentional pause from everyday blending movement, mindfulness and community.
All workshops are led by local wellness guru, Monika Rau, and include a 50-minute session, complimentary herbal tea provided by Chaibaba, and a curated goodie bag featuring local providers. We kindly ask that participants arrive 10 minutes before the start time to get settled.

Registrations can be cancelled until 2 days before the event at midnight (12:00 am). Registrations cancelled fewer than 2 days prior to the event at midnight (12:00 am) will be charged 100% of the registration fee.

Wellness Series FAQs
Do I need prior experience to attend?
No experience is required for any session. All workshops are beginner-friendly and guided, with options offered throughout.
What’s included with my ticket?
Each session includes a 50-minute wellness experience, complimentary herbal tea, and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag featuring products from local businesses.
What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for movement-based sessions. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are recommended for all workshops. Water can be provided if needed but we encourage participants to bring a reusable bottle!
Can I get changed at the club?
Participants are welcome to get changed in the bathrooms in a stall or in the private member showers on the main floor.
Can I attend just one session instead of the full series?
Yes! You can register for individual sessions or save 10% by purchasing the full series.

What is Candlelit Yoga? (March 17 | 6:00 PM)
Candlelit Yoga is a gentle, slow-moving yoga class focused on relaxation, stretching, and mindful movement. The softly lit space creates a calming atmosphere to help you unwind and release tension.
What happens during Breathwork & Journaling? (March 19 | 7:00 AM)
This session explores the connection between breathwork and journaling, with guidance on how intentional breathing can support reflection, emotional regulation, and clarity. You’ll be guided through breathwork followed by journaling prompts, and a journal will be provided for you.
What is a Meditation & Sound Bath? (March 24 | 6:00 PM)
This experience combines guided meditation with soothing sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. Participants remain seated or lying down throughout the session. Feel free to bring a blanket and wear something cozy to enhance your comfort.
What can I expect from Mat Pilates? (March 26 | 7:00 AM)
Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on core strength, stability, posture, and controlled movement. Exercises are done on the mat using body weight, with modifications available.
