COUNTDOWN PARTY & DINNER

Join us in the Member Lounge for an interactive buffet dinner, capped off with the incredibly talented Gary Cable Project performing for the countdown party which will certainly be a performance you will not want to miss.

Tickets: $100* · Each ticket includes entry into the event, a welcome drink, a buffet dinner, live entertainment, a late night snack and a midnight glass of bubbly.
*Tickets are subject to applicable taxes and gratuity.

Doors Open: 7:00PM
Buffet Dinner: 7:30-9:00PM
Fireworks: 9:00PM
Live Music & Dancing: 9:15PM

Seating: Seating will be assigned in tables of 8, 10 or 12, as space permits. Any seating requests can be entered within the event registration, and our team will do their best to accommodate all requests.
Dress Code: Semi-Formal

Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellations received after December 29 will be subject to 50% of the ticket amount.

Q: Will there be assigned seating?
A: Yes, seating will be assigned. Tables will be arranged in groups of 8, 10 or 12 and there will be enough seats for all dinner ticket holders. Should your party be less than the table amount, you will be seated with fellow members. Seating requests can be made in the event registration, and our team will do their best to accommodate all requests.

Q: What does my ticket include?
A: Each ticket includes a welcome drink, an interactive buffet dinner, live music & dancing, a late night snack and a glass of bubbly at midnight.

Q: Can I purchase a ticket with no food or beverage?
A: Yes! Check out our “Join the Party Option”. Please note, this option is standing room/heated patio only, and entry is not permitted until 9:30PM.

Q: Can I bring guests to this event?
A: Yes, members are welcome to bring guests to this event.

Q: Where in the Clubhouse will the event take place?
A: This event takes place in the Member Lounge,

Q: Is the Clubhouse closed to all Members unless they buy a ticket to this event?
A: The Clubhouse remains open for all Members, however, the Member Lounge will be cordoned off for this event. The Galley Lakeside Cafe will be open until 10PM, and there is an a la carte dining option available in the Grand Banquet room.

Q: What is the dress code for this event?
A: The dress code for this event is semi-formal.

Q: Is the Member Lounge open for dining this day?
A: Although the Member Lounge will not be open for dining this day, there will be Member dining available from 3-10PM in the Grand Banquet Room.

Q: Can I purchase additional food during this event?
A: No, a la carte dining will not be available for this event.

Q: Can I purchase additional drinks during this event?
A: Yes, in addition to the welcome drink and midnight bubbly, you will be able to purchase drinks throughout the evening.

Q: I have dietary restrictions/allergies (celiac, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.). Will there be options for me?
A: Yes! Although not every item may be conducive to every restriction/allergy, we will have a number of items that will be suitable for different restrictions/allergies. Should you have any allergy concerns, please contact us directly by email here.

Q: How do I pay for my ticket and when am I charged?
A: Tickets are purchased online via the website. Tickets are automatically purchased once you register and will appear on your statement the day of the event. Please note our cancellation policy. No ticket payment will be required the night of the event, however, you are able to purchase additional drinks which can be billed directly to your account.

Q: I am bringing a guest to the event. How do they pay?
A: All tickets will be charged to the appropriate member’s account, including guests. Arrangements for payment from any guests will be between the guest and the member.

Q: I am a reciprocal club member, am I able to purchase a ticket?
A: Yes, this event is open to reciprocal members. Please contact Member Services at 250-762-3310 ext. 200 to purchase a ticket.

Q: Are children allowed to attend?
A: As much as we would love to have your children join us for this evening, we recommend this event as an adult-only affair.
