Moorage Sublet Form
Are you considering not putting your boat in the basin this year?
Please fill out the form below, and the Club will do its best to sublet your slip to another member for the year.
Key Points:
- Sublets are permitted to all Mooring Members provided they have not done so in the last twelve (12) months.
- The Sublessor is still responsible to pay the full moorage fees for the fiscal year in which they sublet.
- If the Club is able to sublet the moorage slip, the Sublessor will receive a credit on their account amounting to 75% of the funds paid by the Sublessee for the Sublessor’s slip and will receive that credit at the end of the Club’s fiscal year, to be applied against current and future charges on Sublessor’s account.
- The term of the sublet ends October 31 of the fiscal year unless the sublessee receives permanent moorage before this date.
