ELECTRONIC VOTING INSTRUCTIONS

Voting for the Annual General Meeting will occur by electronic voting from February 1, 2024 at 6:00 PM PST to February 6, 2024 at 6:30 PM PST.

An electronic voting invitation will be sent to all primary voting Members in good standing on February 1, 2024 with further detailed instructions on how to vote. All primary voting members in good standing will be emailed a unique access key which can only be used to vote once, and your voting choices will remain anonymous. Results of all electronic votes will be presented and declared at the Annual General Meeting on February 6, 2024.

Please note, voting for this Annual General Meeting will be done entirely electronically. The vote for this Annual General Meeting will be conducted in accordance with Club Bylaws.

Registration is required in order to join the Annual General Meeting virtually.
