Membership Capacity
Interest in Kelowna Yacht Club membership remains strong, and availability varies by membership category.
- Regular Membership intake is currently on hold until early winter 2026.
- Junior, Intermediate, and Corporate Memberships are currently accepting inquiries.
- Lifestyle Memberships are currently at capacity and are not accepting applications at this time.

Get the full club experience.
Regular membership is perfect for the person who has a boat or is wishing to have a boat in the future. This membership also has full clubhouse privileges. Our Regular Members are eligible to add a spouse and their children under the age of 19, hold a moorage slip in our secure facilities, as well as having voting privileges.

(Can be split into 2 installments)

You don’t need to be a boater to enjoy the club. Lifestyle memberships are designed for those who want to enjoy the facility, special events, and dining with an amazing view. On-the-dock kayak and paddleboard storage are available to get you out on the water, either on your own paddle vessel or a rental from the Club.

Corporate memberships are eligible to hold one moorage slip and showcase your business on the docks with a corporate plaque. This membership is designed for social and active 19 to 29 year olds. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the patio with friends and family, or race in a regatta across Okanagan Lake, there’s a whole lot of fun to be had at the club.

We love inspiring the next generation of watersport enthusiasts. Our Junior memberships are perfect for those 9-18 year olds who love to get out on the water.

Join the KYC Membership Interest List.
Thank you for your interest in joining us at the Kelowna Yacht Club. This is the first step towards becoming a member of the historic KYC, the premier place to socialize in style, get active on the lake, and build a great community at our beautiful lakefront location in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Completing this form will add your name to the KYC Membership Interest List. From there, the Club will contact you to discuss member options.
Flexible payment options
Members can choose to set up automatic monthly or annual payment plan for annual dues and moorage. The annual payment deadline for membership and moorage fees is November 30th.
