🏴‍☠️ Pirate Day was a treasure-filled success! ☠️

The marina was buzzing with adventure as pirates, princesses, and treasure hunters set off on a morning of challenges, games, and discovery. From following treasure maps to collecting loot and celebrating with a well-earned BBQ, there was no shortage of fun along the way.

A huge thank you to our Power Fleet Committee & volunteers for bringing this family favourite to life, and to all the members and families who joined us in their finest pirate gear.

We are wrapping up an incredible summer with a bang and diving straight into fall fun! From our final dockside performance to premier sailing courses and a massive Oktoberfest bash, September is packed with events you won’t want to miss.

Member Event Highlights:
· Oktoberfest Party (Sept 18): PROST! 🍻 We’re throwing a massive party and bringing in The Oktoberators, BC's absolute best Oompah band! Dust off your lederhosen and dirndls, this is going to be an unforgettable night.
· Final Dock Live Music of the Season (Sept 5): Catch the last dockside performance of the summer featuring Jeff Piatelli (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Let's give summer the send-off it deserves!
· Basic Cruising Standard (Begins Sept 8): Ready to take your sailing to the next level? Course 4 kicks off Tuesdays & Sundays, perfect for building confidence on the water. ⛵
· Labour Day Long Weekend (Sept 4 – 7): Celebrate the long weekend with great food, drinks, and lake views right in the Member Lounge.
· Blind Fishing Derby (Sept 13): A wonderful community annual event on the water from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

· Kelowna Rockets Game Night Programming: We’re streaming all home and away games live in the Member Lounge all season long! Stop by on game days to catch the action and try our feature game night menu.
· Learn to Sail: Keep sharpening your skills! Intro to Keelboat Sailing runs Monday & Tuesday evenings through October 13.
· Final Weeks for Summer Favorites: Catch the last remaining sessions of Yoga on the Dock (ends Sept 16), Adult Dinghy Sailing (ends Sept 24), and Group Paddle (ends Sept 3)!
· Little Captains Colouring Contest: Open all month! Get those entries in by September 24!
