Oktoberfest Party

Join us for an evening of authentic German-inspired food, lively entertainment, and great company as we transform the Club into a festive Bavarian celebration!

Who is this event for?

This event is open to Kelowna Yacht Club members and their guests. Adults of all ages are welcome.

The Experience

Your evening begins with a delicious German-inspired buffet featuring classic Oktoberfest favourites prepared by our culinary team. After dinner, enjoy live music by “The Oktoberators” featuring traditional Bavarian oompah music that will have everyone on the dancefloor all night long!

Enjoy a selection of Oktoberfest-inspired drink features available for purchase throughout the evening, including seasonal beers and festive cocktails.

Traditional Bavarian attire such as lederhosen, dirndls, or blue-and-white themed outfits is encouraged but not required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
Traditional Oktoberfest attire is encouraged but not required. Come dressed in lederhosen, a dirndl, or simply wear your favourite fall outfit.

This event is open to Kelowna Yacht Club members and their invited guests.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and enjoy a drink before dinner.

Will there be assigned seating?
Yes. Seating arrangements will be based on reservations. If you would like to sit with another booking, please note this during registration or contact the Events Team before the registration deadline.

Will there be vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be available as part of the buffet. Please advise us of any dietary restrictions when registering.
