Lest We Forget.

The Kelowna Yacht Club would like to honour those who gave their lives in service to our country, as well as all those who have served and continue to serve in uniform.

On Remembrance Day, the Kelowna Yacht Club will lower our flags and lay a wreath in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The City of Kelowna will also be holding its annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony at the City Park Cenotaph.

Member Lounge

The Member Lounge will be open for regular service on Wednesday, November 11, with two special menu features available in honour of Remembrance Day.

Members are welcome to join us before or after the ceremonies for a meal and a moment of reflection.

On-the-Water Remembrance

Members of the KYC Power and Sail Fleets who wish to attend the ceremony by vessel are invited to gather on the water near the City Park Cenotaph.

We invite all members to join us in honouring and remembering those who have served.
