Vernon Yacht Club Invasion

One of the great traditions among Okanagan yacht clubs is the annual Invasion party. This is an opportunity for members to “invade” a neighbouring club for an evening of hospitality, great food, live music, and camaraderie on the water. It’s a fun way to connect with fellow boaters, experience another club, and celebrate the vibrant yachting community that makes the Okanagan so special.

This year, the Vernon Yacht Club invites Kelowna Yacht Club members to join them for an unforgettable evening on Saturday, August 22.

Theme: The ’70s

Break out your bell bottoms, feather your hair, slick back your mullet, and get ready for a groovy night! Dress up is encouraged.

7:30 PM – Live Music

Entertainment will be provided by Arctic Blue (formerly Rockin Horse), making their Vernon Yacht Club debut with a mix of classic ’70s hits and dance favourites.
