Club Access

As a KYC Servicer Provider, you will be issued up to three access cards. These cards are for business use only, during your authorized times. Please note that there is a small $20 fee for each additional/replacement card.

That all assigned keycards will be kept in a secure area and should one be misplaced, the Club will be notified immediately.
These cards are for business use only, during your authorized times and that there is a small $20 fee for each additional/replacement card.

Agreement

This agreement is to allow access for Service Providers who require ongoing access to the moorage basin or clubhouse. Limited access will be given based on the circumstances and demands of each Service Provider. A limit of three (3) access cards can be issued unless otherwise approved by the Club’s Member Services department.

I agree: *

That I am authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of the company.
To provide annual proof of insurance for the above-mentioned Company covering both the company and its employees showing minimum $3 million liability prior to the expiry date of said policy.
To provide an annual WorkSafe BC Clearance letter showing the above-mentioned company is in good standing.
That if my insurance or the WorkSafe BC clearance letter on file expires, all issued access cards will be cancelled until up-to-date documentation is received.
That issued access cards cannot be used for any purpose beyond company-directed and Kelowna Yacht Club Management approved business nor lent out to unauthorized individuals for any reason.
That issued access cards are for business use only, service provider keycards may not be used for personal reasons.
That all employees, subcontractors, and trades hired by my company to service the Kelowna Yacht Club are covered under and understand all WorkSafe BC Safety Requirements including safety around Fall Protection.

I further agree: *

That all company employees and I will conduct themselves courteously while on Club premises.
That all company employees and I will respect the rights of all Members, their guests, and Club staff.
That all company employees and I will respect the Club’s facilities and equipment and be responsible for any damages incurred.
That all company employees and I will abide by all local, provincial, and national laws and regulations that apply to Club operations.
That all company employees and I will conduct ourselves in a courteous manner when social media discussions involve the Kelowna Yacht Club, showing respect for the Club, the Members, and Club employees. Content that dishonestly represents itself as the official position of the Kelowna Yacht Club or uses any aspects of the Club’s visual identity or branding is not permitted without authorization. Content that is disrespectful, dishonest, offensive, harassing, or damaging to the interests, image, and reputation of the Kelowna Yacht Club, its employees or its members is not permitted.
That the Kelowna Yacht Club has the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
