Coached Boat Registration
Boats can be registered as coached boats on Regatta Network at no cost. Register your coached boat here.
KYC Members
To have your ticket member charged, at the checkout page, apply the coupon code (case sensitive): KYCMemberCharge. Copy or write this code down as you won’t see it on the checkout page.
Coaches Meals
Coaches of coached boats are welcome to enjoy the Meals of the Regatta, to do so all they simply need to purchase a Meal Ticket. They are also welcome to enjoy the social activities.
Regatta of Participation
All participants—whether skipper or crew—must register for the full regatta package, which includes meals and entertainment. There is no race-only registration option. However, meal packages can be transferred or sold to another person if needed.
Dietary Restrictions
KYC is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. If you have any, please email the organizers of the Regatta.
Marina Access Cards for Crew
Activation Fee – $10
Purchase a Card – $10
If you have a card from this season of KYC racing or a regatta from this year, your card should work for this regatta. If you do not have a card or have not activated it yet this season, please contact the Kelowna Yacht Club Front Office to complete payment and have your card reactivated remotely. If you need a card, one will be issued to you at the time of in-person payment. New cards do not come pre-activated.

- All Competitors (Skippers & Crew) are asked to check-in at the Registration Desk
- All those who have purchased additional weekend meal tickets are asked to check-in at the Registration Desk to receive their wristband.
5 -10 PM: Welcome Social | Commodore’s Dock
- Grab your favourite beverage and join your fellow sailors to kick off the regatta weekend!
- BBQ will be provided
5:30 – 7:30 PM: Live Music featuring Craig & Michelle

8 – 9:30 AM: Breakfast | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)
- Available for all participants with a weekend meal ticket. Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time.

- Scrambled eggs with herbs and chives
- Country style breakfast sausage
- House cut hash browns with peppers and onions
