Entry Fees

Competitor (Skipper and Crew) Entry Fee: $120.00* Includes:

• Friday Night Welcome Social
• Two Full Days of Racing
• Saturday Night Social Activities
• Sunday Awards Banquet with prizes for winners in each fleet
• One (1) Weekend Meal Ticket

*Subject to applicable taxes, fees and food and beverage service charge.

Friday, July 3

5:00 – 7:00 PM Registration & Check-In | Commodores Dock 

• All skippers and crews are asked to check in at the Registration Desk.

5:00 – 9:00 PM Welcome BBQ & Social | Commodores Dock

Join your fellow sailors to kick off the regatta weekend with a fun evening including live music.

Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time.

Saturday, July 4

8:00 – 9:30 AM Breakfast | Member Lounge (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

Please note that no other food service will be available in the Member Lounge at this time.

9:15 AM Skippers Meeting | Commodore’s Dock

10:30 AM First Warning Signal | On the Water

4:00 – 5:00 PM Sailor Social (Flexible Start Time) | O Dock

5:00 PM Bar Opens | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

5:00 – 6:30 PM Dinner Buffet | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

6:00 – 10:00 PM Live Music on the Docks

Sunday, July 5

The scheduled time for the first warning signal on Saturday, July 4, 2026, is 10:30 AM PDT, with no race starting later than 3:30 PM PDT.

The scheduled time for the first warning signal on Sunday, July 5, 2026, is 10:00 AM PDT, with no race starting later than 2:00 PM PDT.
