Please join Phil Aldrich and Steve Macdonald of the Council of BC Yacht Clubs for an informational session to address the current proposed changes to the Land Act and the Pender Harbour dock management plan. The Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship is seeking public engagement by submission with very little time to do so.
The Council of BC Yacht Clubs, represents 45 clubs and is the voice of over 15000 recreational boaters in BC. They will address the potential concerns about changes anticipated to the Land Act that could impact anyone in the province by the imposition of new significant restrictions on the design and tenures for docks for moorage.
