Schedule of Events:

Friday, August 15

5:00 – 7:00 PM: Registration & Check-In | Commodore’s Dock

• All Competitors (Skippers & Crew) are asked to check-in at the Registration Desk
  • All those who have purchased additional weekend meal tickets are asked to check-in at the Registration Desk to receive their wristband.

5:00 -10:00 PM: Welcome Social | Commodore’s Dock

• Grab your favourite beverage and join your fellow sailors to kick off the regatta weekend!
  • BBQ will be provided

8:00 – 11:00 PM: Entertainment | Commodore’s Dock

Saturday, August 16

8:30 – 10:00 AM: Breakfast | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

• Available for all participants with a weekend meal ticket. Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time. Delicious coffee and breakfast options are also available at the Galley Café.

10:00 AM: First Warning Signal | On the Water

6:00 PM: Bar Opens | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

6:30 – 7:30 PM: Dinner Buffet | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

• Available for all participants with a weekend meal ticket. Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time.

7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Dock Live Music | Commodore’s Dock

• Shalisa Trio. Join other KYC Members on the dock for the popular live music series. Grab your lawn chair, your favourite beverage and join us weekly for a rockin’ good time!

Sunday, August 17

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

• Available for all participants with a weekend meal ticket. Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time. Delicious coffee and breakfast options are also available at the Galley Café.

9:30 AM: First Warning Signal. No race starting later than 2:30 PM

2:30 PM: BBQ Buffet (Flexible start time) | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

• Available for all participants with a weekend meal ticket. Please note that no other food service will be available in the Grand Banquet Room at this time.
• Following the BBQ: Awards Banquet & Ceremony | Grand Banquet Room (Second Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

KYC Members

To have your ticket member charged at the checkout page, apply the coupon code (case sensitive): KYCMemberCharge. Copy or write this code down, as you won’t see it on the checkout page.

Dietary Restrictions

KYC is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. If you have any, please add those restrictions to the registration.

Marina Access Cards for Crew

Activation Fee – $10

Purchase a Card – $10

If you have a card from this season of KYC racing or a regatta from this year, your card should work for this regatta. If you do not have a card or have not activated it yet this season, please contact the Kelowna Yacht Club Front Office to complete payment and have your card reactivated remotely. If you need a card, one will be issued to you at the time of in-person payment. New cards do not come pre-activated.
