End To End Race

The End to End Race will kick off at Penticton Yacht Club on Saturday morning, running to The Cove Resort in West Kelowna. Sunday morning, crews will start from Kelowna, running to Vernon Yacht Club for the awards ceremony.

Marina Access Cards for Crew at the Kelowna Yacht Club Activation Fee – $10 Purchase a Card – $10 If you have a card from this season of KYC racing or a regatta from this year, your card should work for this regatta. If you do not have a card or have not activated it yet this season, please contact the Kelowna Yacht Club Front Office to complete payment and have your card reactivated remotely. Although not required for every crew member, if you need a card, one will be issued to you at the time of in-person payment. New cards do not come pre-activated. Call in with your Credit Card: 250-762-3310 ext. 200. The Front Office is open daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Friday, September 5 5 – 7:00 PM: Registration & Check-In | Rusty Anchor in the Penticton Yacht Clubhouse.

• All Competitors (Skippers & Crew) are asked to check in

5 – 10:00 PM: Welcome BBQ | At the corner of V Dock and Y Dock. Where most of the Reciprocal boats will be moored

Saturday, September 6

8:00 AM: Competitor’s meeting | Penticton Yacht Club

9:00 AM: Saturday Race will begin from Penticton

4:00 PM: All participants are welcome to dine in the Member Lounge, the Galley, and enjoy the music on the docks that evening. (Please indicate you are a part of the race to the KYC staff)

6 – 9:00 PM: Join KYC Members for Jon Bos performing as a part of Dock Live Music Series | Commodore’s Dock, Kelowna Yacht Club

Sunday, September 7

7:30 – 9 AM: Breakfast | The Lakeside Galley Cafe (Lakeside on the First Floor of KYC Clubhouse)

• Participants in the End to End race will receive a complimentary drip coffee and breakfast wrap.
• They will come to the Galley in the morning to pick up their wrap, letting the barista know that they are a part of the E2E Race.

9:00 AM: Sunday Race will begin from Kelowna.

5:00 PM: Finish Deadline Cameron Point 

5:00 PM: Dinner Special – available a la carte (flexible start time) and the bar will be open | Vernon Yacht Club

6:30 PM: Awards Presentation (Flexible start time) | Vernon Yacht Club

Monday,  September 8

6:00 AM: Free Continental Breakfast for overnighters
